This agreement is a legal contract between you and Mango VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App or related trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will communicate material fee changes where reasonable. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unknown components may affect App security and availability.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid mobile service, data caps, system restrictions, poor signal, or similar local conditions. When used outside Wi-Fi, your carrier may charge mobile data fees. Roaming fees outside your home country are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, inability to access the service due to low battery, system restrictions, or third-party service changes is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route and node information, but some information may come from third-party partners and is provided for reference. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service within reasonable limits; after termination, the related license becomes invalid.
