This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Mango VPN (the 'App', 'Service', or 'we') handles personal information. When providing VPN connections, account features, and technical support, we follow data minimization, clear purpose, and reasonable protection principles.

When you download and launch the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable servers and troubleshoot issues, we may process approximate location information. This data is used for: 1. Server recommendations based on Mango VPN's node distribution; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service communication, including security notices, service updates, and necessary account information sent through your registered email or username.

We transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party service providers (such as Google Play Services, Firebase, and similar tools) only when needed for crash analysis, notifications, and product improvement. We do not share personal information except when: 1. Required by legal process or regulation; 2. Necessary to protect users, platform security, or investigate fraud and abuse; 3. Working with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop further collection, remove the App through your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and operational reviews to reduce unauthorized access risk.
